  • What is the cost of Delivery/Shipping?

    We offer White Glove Delivery (Delivery, Set-Up, Placement) at no additional charge.

  • How will my merchandise be delivered?

    After completing your order, your local store will contact you to schedule delivery of your merchandise.

  • Can I track the delivery of my item?

    Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email titled “Order Confirmation”. Using Your Order Number provided in the email please click the contact us link to inquire about the status of your delivery.

Lease Purchase Plans

  • How do I start a new Lease Purchase Plan? How do I start a Same as Cash Purchase Plan?

    Place the item(s) you want into your cart, checkout, and pay your first payment, yes that easy! Once you have completed these steps you will be asked to also complete your Lease Application Before You Go. This quick but required application asks for verifiable information related to Housing, Source of Income information, and two personal references with contact phone numbers.

  • Why choose the Lease Purchase Option?

    Lease Purchase Plans require NO CREDIT CHECK. Our 12-24 month Lease Purchase Plans allow you to purchase through a discounted first month’s payment, lower monthly payments, and offers both 40% off the balance for early pay-out on contracts of 7 months or longer (difference between total scheduled payments and total paid on account) and a Service Warranty. Our Lease Purchase Plans are not available on all items offered on our website.

  • Do you offer a Same as Cash Purchase Option? How does it work?

    Our 6 Month’s Same As Retail (Cash) Lease Purchase Option also requires NO CREDIT CHECK. The 6 Month Same as Retail (Cash) Purchase Option allows you to save by purchasing at our Retail price and paying over 6 equal monthly payments. Cost of Lease Services is $0 for all 6 Months Same as Retail (Cash) Agreements. All manufacturer’s warranties are passed on to you.

Payment

  • What does the First Payment cover?

    This initial payment does indeed pay your first full month and reduces cost of ownership by amount paid.

  • Where/How do I pay future payments?

    For orders purchased through our No Credit Check Lease Purchase Plans you may pay lease payments by returning to this website and selecting PAY ONLINE. Your active agreement number and your customer number will be needed to create your account for online payments. Convenient payment through SMS TEXT is available upon completion of your Lease Application and delivery of your ordered items. You may also visit the store closest to you and make your lease payment.

    For orders financed with Fortiva Retail Credit line of credit, payments will be sent directly to Fortiva Retail Credit. You will receive monthly billing statements. You may manage your Fortiva Retail Credit account online at www.myfortiva.com or by phone at 1-800-792-1421.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    A+ Rentals Home Furnishings’ accepts cash, money orders, and all major credit cards.

Warranty

  • Do my items come with a warranty?

    Lease Purchase Agreements of 7 months or longer include Free Service, Loaner and Warranty for the length of your agreement.

    Financed, Retail, or Same as Retail (Cash) Purchase items will be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer’s Warranties vary based on product and brand and are passed on to you if applicable.

Order Cancellation - Refunds & Returns

  • Can I cancel my order before delivery?

    Yes! If your order has shipped, any cancellation will be considered a return and must meet the specifications of the Returns Policy to receive a refund. All items in a cancelled order must be returned. Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled, with no restocking or return delivery costs by emailing Customer Service at RETURNS@shopaplusrentals.com providing your shipping information and original order number. Once cancellation has been approved by shopaplusrentals.com refunds may take up to 10 days.

  • What is the A+ Rentals Home Furnishings return policy?

    Returning items you are acquiring through our Lease Purchase Payment Plans is as easy as contacting shopaplusrentals.com, or your local store, and requesting the leased items be returned. There is no penalty as long as all payments are up to date when returned.

    If you are dissatisfied with your online retail purchase you may return or exchange it within 72 hours of delivery. For more details see Refund Policy.

  • What is the A+ Rentals Home Furnishings refund policy?

    If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, prior to delivery, simply submit a Contact Us form or contact your local store and we will make arrangements for the refund of your Lease Purchase Plan initial payment. For details see Refund Policy.
